  American Bakers Association
ABA is a voluntary trade association dedicated to representing the interests of the wholesale baking industry before the United States Congress, federal agencies, state legislatures, and international regulatory authorities.
  Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee (BISSC)
BISSC is a not-for-profit corporation that, working with the American Society of Baking Z50 Committee, developed an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard for the design of bakery equipment.

  Independent Bakers Association
A Washington, D.C. based national trade association of over 400 mostly family owned wholesale bakeries and allied industry trades. The Association was founded in 1968 to protect the interests of independent wholesale bakers from antitrust and anti-competitive mergers and acquisitions; pressure Congress to support market-oriented farm commodity programs; seek representation to consider federal labor, tax and environmental law.

  U.S. Wheat Associates
Develops export markets on behalf of American wheat farmers, for all classes of U.S. wheat. Working in more than 100 countries, USW offers information, education and assistance to buyers, millers, bakers, traders, and government officials in all export markets. An interntaional non-profit organization of members who are specialists in the use of cereal grains in foods. This association publishes Cereal Chemistry and Cereal Foods World as well as books on grain and food science.
  American Institute of Baking
A not-for-profit corporation, founded by the North American wholesale and retail baking industries in 1919 as a technology transfer center for bakers and food processors. It currently has more than 900 members in many countries.

  FEDIMA : Federation of European Union Manufacturers and Suppliers of Ingredients to the Bakery, Confectionery, and Patisserie Industries
The Federation of European Union Manufacturers and Suppliers of Ingredients to the Bakery, Confectionery and Patisserie Industries, (previously called The European Federation of the Intermediate Products Industries for the Bakery and Confectionery Trades), FEDIMA, was established on 20th May 1969. Currently FEDIMA has the following objectives: 1. To be the spokesman for its members before any international organisation, particularly in Europe. 2. To contribute, on behalf of its members, to the setting up of European legislation directly affecting their industrial activities. 3. To promote the interests of its members and of their customers at a EU level. 4. To permit the exchange of information between national associations at a technical and legislative level. 5.   All-China Bakery Association (ACBA)
A national trade association with members ranging from executive of companies to researchers at research institutions related to baking or baking-related industries. Aimed at promoting China's baking industry and facilitating communication between members of the baking industry on the mainland, on Taiwon, in Hong Kong, in Macao and in foreigh countries, the Association provides members with the latest news in research and technology as well as represents the interests of the industry to government.   Australian Society of Baking
Dedicated to promoting the advancement of baking science and technology, to the exchange of information and to the interaction of baking industry professionals.
A German and Austrian funded institute that acts as a central information office on the use of bread improvers and other intermediate products in the production of bread and pastries. The institute also informs producers, bakers, pastry-makers, journalists, scientists, official control authorities and consumers of the influence of these bread improvers and other products on the quality of the end products. It also provides information on any matters related to food legislation or of nutritional and physiological relevance.

  Cereals and Bakery Products
